Bottle shared at my 5K tasting. It pours hazy golden-orange with a small white head. The nose is fresh, orange, mandarin, pomello, floral notes and a touch of spice. The taste is bitter-sweet, orange, tangerine, minerals, crisp bitterness, light spice and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Balanced and rather drinkable. Nice work.

Bottle from Great Grog. Hazy golden body with tiny yeast flecks floating around. Thin white head. Average carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of sour grapefruit, yeast and mango. Sharp flavour of lime, mango, lychee, yeast and minerals. Slightly sour. Thin body with a spritzy mouthfeel. A light, zingy Saison.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellowish golden colour with small to average, frothy, fairly stable, moderately lacing, white head; a cohesive layer remains. Excessive lemon aroma with intense notes of lemon zest combines with Saison typical yeasty notes, resulting in citrusy and floral flavours with a slightly artificial touch of urinal cake, biscuit malty background. Taste is dry, citrusy, lots of lemon and lemon zest, slightly floral and minimally herbal-spicy hints of yeast. Dangerously drinkable, nevertheless a character.

Bottle at home in London. Pours well and cloudy yellow-gold, fairly effervescent, with a lasting, virgin white froth head. Zesty citrus in the nose, namely lemon, orange, hints of pine needles and grass. Light sweet flavor with a bit of pale wheat bread, spicy yeast, mellow grassy bitterness, juicy lemon and tangerine, light citrus rind. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Moderately dry on the finish with further wheat bread, cleansing minerals, melon, lemon, grapefruit, slight grassy bitterness. A delightful saison. Exceedingly drinkable with nuanced character.

Bottle from Beer Central, Sheffield. Cloudy, dirty straw colour. Thin, white head, kept alive by lots of fine carbonation. Pineapple tops. Grassy. Citrus. Lots of dark pine. Taste is sherbet, zingy sweet. Light dryness builds. Piny, gentle bitterness at the end. Fresh, lively palate. Quite delicious, especially given the low ABV.
