Pour is a crystal clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is some honey malt with a white sugar. Flavor is a slight honey malt and that is about it. No hops, bitterness or yeast ester. This is about as bland as a beer can be, but on the flip side you could crush this all night and not feel a thing.

(Keg at Black Door, 20170723) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and white bread. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, sweetness, white bread and bitterness. Aftertaste was lightly bitter. A thin pointless brew.

3rd June 2017: mini tasting session with my wife. 355ml bottle (5%ABV) from a local Waitrose store: BBD 15th Feb 2018. Poured into a ’Hoegaarden Grand Cru’ badged stemmed tulip glass. White crown on a clean and clear golden body, looked good. Light citrus aroma, taste crisp and fairly bitter in flavour, decent.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a bright brassy gold color. Small tight creamy white head. Faint citrus malt nose. Flavor has a grainy light citrus fruit character. Slightly dry and light bodied. Crisp malty finish. A bit of a lightweight, yet easy drinking.
