[ As Brooklyn Summer Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light to moderate hoppy, old hops, earthy, vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, earthy hops, old hops, floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, 5.0%. Caramelly and slightly piney hop aroma, hint of grapefruit and ashes. Clear golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is a little caramelly like the aroma, but does not have much of the other notes that the aroma has. The bitterness is medium to high and a little sour. Good mouthfeel for the ABV. Refreshing and light but still with some flavour. Works well as a summer ale.

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes og grass and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with grassy notes and fruity and malty touches. Hints of yeast. Citric and estery aftertaste. Refreshing and nice.
