Bottle. Hazy, orange colored beer with a minimal sized white head. There’s too much yeast in the aroma, but there’s also a good deal of orange and grapefruit. Some pale malts. It’s quite bitter in the mouth, lasting for a good while. Orange, grapefruit, citrus peel, and a lasting finish. Full body, pleasant carbonation. Too much yeast going on, else it’s a fine brew. 150207

Bottle 330ml (bought from Tallinn)
Orange color, small white head. Citrus and sweet kiwi in the aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, sweet tropical fruitnyess. Long grapefruity bitterness. Quite typical Simcoe-showcase but no faults.

Bottle. Aroma of blood oranges and grapes. Malty pale ale with citrusy hops, some unfortunate odd bitterness in the finish.

Bottle at Drink Baar, Tallinn. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is citrus floral hop. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a woody resin nettle citrus hop light spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lots of fruit and plenty going on here. One of the best Estonian beers I’ve had.

Bottle from Trade with Marduk (Many Thanks). Absolutnie Super piwo. Przede wszystkim aromat. Niesamowicie silny, tropikalne owoce pomieszane z egzotycznymi. Zapach prawie perfum. Wyglad mocno metny, zbrudzona pomarancza, naprawde fajna piana. Smak zdecydowany, tropikalny i lekko zywiczny. Chmiel Simcoe oddal pelnie swojej mozliwosci, zarowno estrowo jak i smakowo.

330ml bottle

Batch 013, BBE 12/08/2014 - Pours dark orange with a smooth white head. Aroma of strong stingy tropical fruitness, sweetness, juicy notes, some maltiness and yeast. Taste is smooth, hoppy and tropical fruity with some stuffy maltiness, sweet caramel and toffee notes. Finish is malty, sweet and fruity with some juicy hoppiness. Okay, a bit too malty and stuffy but nicely hopped.

33cl bottle as a gift in Tallinn. Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a small head. Hoppy and moderate fruity aroma with citrus, hints of pine and herbs. Moderate sweet with a fairly nice bitterness. A bit watery but nice enough. (2014-02-02)
