On tap @ Haandfest 2013. This is a crystal clear dark golden one with a heavy lacing and sidesticking just off-white top. The nose has tones of earthy hops, sticky caramel, red fruits and a little bit of snow. Really good bitterness in this! The mouthfeel is sticky and oily and the carbonation is just prickling and soft. Ripe fruits, grassy and hedge-like bitterness from the hops. Some summery strawberries in the finish. A fine dripa. 25.05.2013

On tap at Haand ølfestival. Clear amber with an off-white head. Malty and fruity aroma with notes of pine, tropical fruits and caramel. Quite sweet, with nice hoppy notes and a balanced bitterness in the finish. Tasty DIPA! (2013-05-25)

Draught. Hazy copper liquid with small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, toffee, mango, lemon peel, caramel, bread, perfume and light butter. Taste is dry and medium to high bitter with notes of citrus, lemon peel, toffee, mango and light butter. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty one dimensional bitterness and some disturbing diacetyl. The home brewed version was better.

On tap at Haand Festival 2013, Drammen. Orange to amber colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of fruity and piney American hops. Lovely flavour of American hops, not too sweet, but still enough malts to support the bitterness. I love Närke!

Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours tiny hazy amberish golden with a creamy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is vegetal, herbal and tiny fruity with bread, green peas, orange peal, mint, soup stock and hints of alcohol. Taste is tiny sweet, salty and bitter with bread, caramel, alcohol, pine needles, metal, grapefruit rinds, orange peal, green peas and hints of mint. Mouthfeel is round, astringent, slightly boozy and medium to full bodied. Finish is bitter with bread, caramel, orange peal, grapefruit rinds, pine needles, moist woods and actually hints of acetone. Unpleasant and not at all what I expected from Närke of all people.
