Stout beer, dense and velvety, inspired by the Porter style, produced with a unique blend of roasted and candied malt, and with small doses of peat malt. The intense notes of caramel, chocolate and coffee emerge, with delicate nuances reminiscent of whisky.

Pours black with a firm and creamy dark tan head. Really nice looking beer. Dry bittersweet dark chocolate, burnt malt, light ash with a touch of smoke, earth notes, a bit of coffee but just a hint. Medium to full body. Finish is dry with burnt malt, dark chocolate and bitter hops. I actually quite enjoyed this and am happy to find a good porter that stays away from the sweet side.

Yeah solid classic porter with just a mild touch of coffee that dries it out. But is balanced by the malty sweetness. Really good flavor complexity for the lower abv. BeerShow Milano

0,2l from tap at Abazzia di Sherwood. Black color, small tan head. Smells earthy, bit smoky, light bacon, nice smell. Full body, light carbonation. Tastes earthy, light smoke, light ash, bitter chocolate, peppery, some spices. Finishes dry and lightly roasty bitter with notes of bitter chocolate, some smoke and earthy notes. Nice one, could use a bit more carbonation on my opinion, but overall very nice one 7, 4, 7, 3, 15

Draught @ Hopificio, Rome. Pours cloudy very dark brown with stable tan head. Clear aroma of roast and chocolate, with malty and fruity notes. Bitter, roasty flavour with notes of chocolate and coffee and touches of yeast and malt. Roasty and hoppy aftertaste with eatery notes. Well-balanced and quite enjoyable. Decent.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with modest light brown foam, come. Aroma is weak of dark chocolate and vanilla. Body is tendentially light with good carbonation. Taste is sweet at first, but then the toasted feeling takes over with some bitterness. The latter is quite long in the finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks Stas. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, coffee, chocolate, ash, a bit of oxidation, a bit of smokiness. Sweetish flavor, roasty, smoky, coffee, faint sourish hint, ash, bitterish finish. Medium-bodied.
