India Pale Ale produced with the best hops of the Pacific area that every year we manage to select: Galaxy (Australia), Mosaic and Simcoe (USA) and Sorachi Ace (Japan). Slightly amber and with a delicate malty profile, it has explosive aromatic notes of yellow and tropical fruit, citrus and balsamic nuances.

Draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Near clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, peach and light malt. Flavour is above light sweet and above moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [19-09-2016]

Super fresh bottle at Johnny Off L., Rome-Italy. Clear and bright deep gold color, little white foam with low retention. Nose: onions, melon, mango pulp! Crazy! Mouth: medium body, clean tropical, a bit sweet. Sharp finish. Fantastic IPA! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @Open Baladin, Roma. Clear golden, white froth. Peach and pine aroma. Flavour has grapefruit, pine and notes of caramel. Lasting, bitter finish. Ok.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours golden with a little white head. Aroma is very fruity, mango, peach, pineapple, coconut. Flavour is balanced, medium malt profile with a medium and persistent bitter end, fruity. Medium body, medium carbonation. Super fresh, what a fantastic IPA!
