India Pale Ale produced with the best hops of the Pacific area that every year we manage to select: Galaxy (Australia), Mosaic and Simcoe (USA) and Sorachi Ace (Japan). Slightly amber and with a delicate malty profile, it has explosive aromatic notes of yellow and tropical fruit, citrus and balsamic nuances.

Keg at GBBF 2017, day 3. Pours unclear orange-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds semi-ripe citrus fruits, lightly sun-kissed pale malts, lemon peel. Medium sweet flavour with moderate piney bitterness, pae bread, tangerine, melon. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with a little warmth, slight resin, pine, peach, tangerine, more rindy bitterness. Good IPA.

Sampled @ GBBF 2017, Day 3. A hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of yellow fruity hops, pineapple, soft grassy hops. Taste of fruity bitter hops, yellow fruits, pineapple, mango, nice one.

On tap at GBBF 2017. Very hazy pale gold lasting white head. nicely cold dank hop ipa. Its dank. Light hoppy citrus dank. Really good ipa. Loved it. So Juicy. Excellent. Dry finish.

Draught @ Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Place Fontainas 8, Brussels, Belgium 1000. [ As Hammer Koral ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, flowers, fruity, citrus, zest. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a long duration, hops bitter, flowers, citrus, tropical fruit. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap at Punto. Gold and slightly hazy with a low, fine head. Sweaty, minerally nose, grapefruit. Clean, dry, hoppy flavor, grapefruit, nice bitterness. Good stuff.

Bottle, 330 ml at Les Vignerons, Rome. Pours cloudy golden with medium white head. Hoppy, tropical fruit, mango, citrus, peach. Light sweetness with moderate bitterness in finish. Soft carbonation. Medium bodied.
