Brewed in collaboration with our friends Brouwerij Alvinne. The nose is complex with cloves and sweet candy like notes mixing with earthy, floral and wine like characteristics. The flavour is deep leading with classic triple flavours of sweet-malt, figs and a touch of honey. The finish is peppery with some fruit courtesy of the wine barrels. The mouthfeel is round and warming.

Bottle from Park Fever, Hither Green. Orange pour with a swiftly vanishing white head. Nose of dessert pear, straw, sweet spice, berries. Flavours of stewed apple, grapefruit, white grape, quite vinous, vanilla. Lots of warm alcohol in the finish. Very tasty.

Bottle shared at SKAAL, thanks Jens! Pours light amber not much carbonation. Nose is sour, sweeter berries and some rye spices there. Taste has tartness, some bitter edge to it, sweet caramel and some berries. Quite enjoyable. Aftertaste is relatively dry, light hoppiness and some paper cardboard. Me like it.

Sampled at ACBF2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone! Pours dark, amberblonde, small white head. Smell is buttery. Taste is full, bitter, sweet, some malts. some butter - no dyacethyl though - . I don’t dig this taste at all. it’s like those very buttery Bourbon-barrel aspects you sometimes get.

Sampled from tap at ACBF 2017. Slightly hazy, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, fruity, a bit funky and slightly grassy aroma of mango, passion fruit and some pine. Rather sweet, fruity and slightly funky taste of orange, mango, passion fruit, some barnyard and hints of honey, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly funky finish. Medium body, slightly creamy and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
