Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Black with a lasting brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, wood and whisky. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and roasted rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. Oily. 061015

Bottle @ Christers. Pours pitch black with a creamy brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, wood, dark chocolate, whisky, dried fruit, light peat, smoke. Flavor is light sweet, malt, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, dried fruit, whisky, some alcohol. Medium to full body, light oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, light sweet finish with warming alcohol. 061015

Bottle. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich roast malt, chocolate, licorice, caramel and hops. Full bodied. Nice dry finish.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Vova. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, smoky whiskey, sherry, fruitiness, chocolate, wood. Roasty-smoky flavor with lots of whiskey, chocolate, a bit of sherry, ash, a bit of alcohol in the finish. Full-bodied. Very good stuff.

Botella 37.5 cl tomada en el momento en el kraken 02..03..2016. (r27). Lote 12 hasta 01..01..2020. Aromas sabores maltosos tostados suaves algo ahumados con final suavizado con toques de vinos añejos o Jerez. Algo menos ahumada, tostada y turbosa que la whisky. Cuerpo medio a intenso algo espumoso pero algo ligero y fácil de beber. Buena sensación alcohólica......................... Botella de 37. 5 cl en el momento en el lúpulo el 20-06-2015. (r6--1E) lote 12 hasta 01-01-2020. color negro intenso con bastante espuma beige oscuro. Bastante gas inicial con columnas de burbujas. Inicio bastante suave por el gas y la espuma cambiando considerablemente al calentar sacando sabores tostados ligeramente quemados cacaos y toques licorosos de vinos añejos. Cuerpo medio a intenso, fino no muy denso y fácil de beber para su estilo. Bastante buena
