Bottle at home. Black with a very brief beige foam. Heavy roast, some coffee, a bit dense. Rye bread for life. Decent, but too old now.

Bottle thanks to Lukasmh! Pours pitch black with a small brown head. Aromas of sherry, dark dried fruits, red grapes, vanilla, bitter dark chocolate, roast, licorice. Taste is sweeter, dry, vinous, dark dried fruits, vanilla, malt.

375ml bottle at Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours pitch black with minimum brown foam, fine. Aroma is rich of coffee, dates, vanilla, licorice. Body is fairly dense, with moderate carbonation. Taste is pretty bitter and roasty. Finish is long and bitter.

Sample from 375 ml bottle. Pitch black with a thin white head. Sweet roasted aroma with coffee, caramel malts, roasted notes and fruits. Sherry barrel. Taste is sweet. Medium to full body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes soft roasted sweet with dark malts. Lovely.

Bottle@Lars place - Black pour with beige head. Roasted and sweet malty with notes of chocolate with some fudge and toffee, medium to full body, with some resonating sherry snd whisky infused wooden notes into the finish.

Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, molasses, chocolate, cherry, alcohol - whisky. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, cherry, whisky, dark malt, chocolate, rich malt - roasted.
