Named after Coronado Island, our original India Pale Ale is a liquid expression of hometown pride. Centennial, Chinook and Columbus hops combine to provide an explosive burst of piney bitterness and luscious notes of apricot, grapefruit and mango that are sure to evoke imagery of swaying palms and sun-kissed shores.

Bottle. Pours clear light golden with small white creamy head. Aroma is oranges, mandarin, lemon, lime, milk and yoghurt. Taste is light sweet, medium bitter and light acidic. Body is milky with soft carbonation. Finish is long and light bitter with notes of oranges and citrus fruit, spices and milk. Not very complex but excellent balance!

355 ml. bottle poured in to a tulip. Clear, deep golden colour with amber hues. Small, bubbly white head. Fruity aroma with pines, grapefruit, chocolate and caramel malts, sweet exotic fruits and resin. Hints of oranges. Taste is bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes bitter and dry with sweet, exotic fruits and citrus. A good amount of malts as well. A classic example of an American IPA.

Draft - Sweet pine hops on the nose. Clear gold with a decent head. Fresh sweet pine, with a well balanced bitterness. Exactly what I expect from a north west IPA. Unbalanced, fresh and tasty.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Very hoppy, slightly perfumed, hoppy aroma of grapefruit and pine, with a bit of bready malt in the background. Sweetish malty flavour with dominating hops. Classic grapefruit and pine character, with a good bitter finish.
