Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a golden color with a white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty hoppy grapefruit flavor. has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish.

Bottle. Gold with an inch of white head. Aroma of grapefruit and pine, mandarin, pepper. A little watery, quite highly carbonated. Some stone fruit, but not much malt presence. Grapefruit, pine, herbs. A strange greasy pan note that’s not that heavy but isn’t very welcome. Dry with fairly strong bitterness. Nice hops (no doubt at least a little faded) but underneath is not good.

Bottle at Antenna America, Yokohama. Hazy yellow colour with a white head. Some lacing. Citrus hops aroma. Sweet citrus flavour with some bitterness.

650 ml bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A big fruity nose with some biscuit. The flavor is moderate bitterness, lots of resin (nice!), light tangerine, orange peel, some caramel and biscuit malts. Very good, superbly drinkable.

Draft. Cloudy golden body with a frothy, white head, slowly diminishing. Aroma of citrus hops, orange, grapefruit, toasted grain with a hint of finger nail polish. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Aroma is a lot more complex than the flavor whose grapefruit bitterness overshadows other tastes. But at least it’s not a resin bomb.

12 oz bottle ata the Midway museum in San Diego. N pine and grapefruit with a Little mango. Clear yellow orange with a medium white head. Flavor is bitter, resin, and tropical fruit.
