In bilico tra la rudezza del caffè lasciato a sobbollire per ore ed il caldo tepore di una stufa a carbone.

Hand-pumped at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours dark brown, with very fine light brown foam. Aroma has a nice chocolate feeling, with caramel becoming more evident when drinking. Body is on the thin side, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with some roasty bitterness. Final is almost average, but makes wanna chew.

Draft @ Il Locale, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty caramel and chocolate finish.

Tap@Il Locale, Copenhagen - Dark brown to black with a tan head. Dark sweet and roasted malty with notes of chocolate and caramel, medium body, dark cocoa and charred earthy malty finish.

Tap at Macche in Rome. Black color, brownish foam. Nose: sweet roast malt mixed with coffee notes and cocoa. Mouth: soft carbo, bitter and a bit grassy finish in a thin kind of body.
