Replacing our single hops series, this series of IPAs will allow out brew team to experiment with hops, with the base beer unchanging from release to release.

New US experimental hop HBC 438 brings bags of floral and coconut character to this vibrant IPA, while stonefruit and citrus come courtesy of classic American dual purpose varieties. A twist of bitterness rounds out this engaging experimental IPA.

Can from BrewDog online store. Nice. On a nose it's so so... nothing really touchy, but tastes great. Bit sweetish, medium bitter, loads of citruses and pine, medium hoppy with a finish that isn't as high but stays long with you. Higher carbonation is meh. But tasty, yeah.

Keg at BD Bingoham, pre CCIV, 23/06/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a well presented off white covering. Nose is bitter orange, citric pith, grass, toasted grains, hint of pine. Taste comprises citric sherbets, pine needle, grassy bite, light breads, mango, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with balanced hop bitterness. Decent clean and easy drinking IPA.

Keg at BD 7D. It pours clear pale orange with a small white head. The aroma is woody, fragrant, bit creamy, pineapple, coconut and lemongrass. The taste is crisp, firmlu dry, clean, good hit of bitterness, grassy, pithy lemon, lemongrass, tropical fruit vibes, has an air of pina colada about it, greenness, zingy grapefruit and lemonade with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A good deal better than the previous iteration on my opinion. Has that bone dry jackhammer character with some grassy and Pina colada aspects. It's a grower.
