Clear golden colour, white head. Malty aroma, light hops, light biscuit. Sweet malty flavour, light bitter. Light bitter finish, malts, quite fresh.
Not a bad lager, honestly, I’m quite impressed as one often doesn’t know about the freshness and quality of these ’exotic’ lagers / country ticks.

Many thanks for this beer to kevnic2008. Piwo ze srednia pianka wogole nie trwala. Kolor jasny, klarowny. Zapach chmielno slodowy. Smak trochę wytrawny lager, wyrozniajacy się na tle innych egzotyków. Ze względu na czeski chmiel jest tu trochę z bohemskiego pilsnera. Slodowosc spora i nawet treściwy lager. Brak przesłodzenia i wyrazisy smak lagera.

Bottle @ Jacobs, courtesy of Marie. Pours golden with an offwhite head, lively bubbles. Aroma of malt, grain, light sugar, light paper, light grass. Flavor is light sweet, malt, grain, grass, just a hint a paper. Thin to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Pretty decent for the style. 120316

Il gusto al naso ricorda orzo e luppolo. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco, con bollicine medie e bassa carbonazione, La frizzantezza è data da bollicine medie e carbonazione praticamente piatta. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è medio. Il dolce è medio e l’amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è pulito, dissetante e semplice.

First beer from Columbia. Pours gold and clear into the bottle with a light, fizzy head that quickly fades. Aroma is malty and grassy, but rather faint. Light bodied and quite watery over the tongue. Taste is grainy, lightly malty, with a short and lightly sweet finish. Overall "lightly" is the key word here, this is a beer that seeks not to offend. In this it succeeds. Might decently accompany a poultry dish, but by no means worth seeking out.
