Dry funky nose with tons of raspberries. Bone dry light high carbonation, like a raspberry champagne almost. Not massively tart. Very drinkable for the abv Had this in a bottle 1.3 years later. Thought it was a touch more complex.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a hazy, deep red with a small, pinkish head. Tart, forest berry aroma blended with some rhubarb - it feels kinda deeper than pure raspberries. Light in body, tart and dry, vinous and again what seems like a ton of red berries. Extremely sophisticated and quite wonderful. 200818
