Slightly hazy red colour with a small foamy white head. Aroma is floral, some raspberries and mild other berries too. Flavour is funk, wood, some raspberries wtih mild wood and some slight earthy elements.

Bottle at legendary Backbone. Red color with minimal head. Aroma of raspberries, light acetic. Taste, raspberies, acetic, very sour, still enjyoable.

Bottle. Clear reddish golden body under a small, dense pink head. Strong raspberries aroma with acidity. Taste is sweet and sour raspberry candy. Lots of raspberry, quite acidic but no depth or complexity. Medium body and same aftertaste. Nor very interesting.

Bottle via 100 piv friends tasting. Thin body, moderate carbonation. Very assertive raspberry, defining the character throughout. Med-high sourness too, seems mostly fruity, a little bit acetic. Also med-high tartness, hitting pretty strong in the finish. Mouth-puckering for sure. Natural feeling, but quite hard to drink. Very good, but just for tasting.

Bottle. Blend 1. An almost clear one, reddish dark golden in color, with a small, dense white head. The aroma has loads of raspberry, with a touch of funk and cellar, with a weird artificial sourish candy touch. It’s full-bodied, faintly warming, quite effervescent and dry and tart on the palate. Still, it’s quite sugary in a way. Raspberry-driven flavor too, with funky, cellary, earthy notes. There’s a sugary flavor too. Lasting fruity finish which feels like a mix of a sour beer and raspberry candy. Lacking complexity, and a bit uninteresting I think. 201127

9-3-8-4-17 Bottle, blend 1, almost eight years before bbd. Pours dirty orangey red, with a big creamy head receding to finger thickness. Aroma is tart fruity notes of raspberries, forrest berries, musty fruit peel and apples, as well as floral brett with grass, grapes and wooden barrels. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is tart notes of hay, raspberries, currants and musty fruit peel, as well as floral bretty notes with apples, grapes, tannins and wooden barrels. Dry finish.

Bottle @ Mikkeller, Odense. Pours hazy red with a small fizzy head. Jammy raspberries is on another level. Intense with funk and wood in the mix. Dry and funky finish. World class!
