Our favourite DIPA to brew, now sprinkled with a little bit of extra festive goodness with a touch of Galaxy and Enigma to compliment the already massive hop bill of Columbus, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic, in addition to a healthy slathering of LA3 to boot, Rosa blooms with a bouquet of everything dank and juicy

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Cloudy yellow, rich lively head. Aroma of mango and pineapple. Intensely sweet with full body and rounded, sticky mouthfeel. Sugar, saccharine, syrup and mango jam, some dough. Achingly sweet finish with long inky bitterness. The insane sweetness distorts my tastebuds and causes total havoc.

440ml can. Tropical juicy fruity, sweetish and slightly grapefruity with some citrus, grass and herbal notes. Okay, not super fresh anymore.

Can from Beer Ambleside. As 'Polly's Brew Rosa' so must be a rare rebrew of a successful previous brew. Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange. Big fluffy white head. Nose - dried apricot. Canned oranges. Taste - candied orange almost into bitter thick shred marmalade. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Lovely, bitter, tangy finish. Overall - good gear, good gear!
