Our favourite DIPA to brew, now sprinkled with a little bit of extra festive goodness with a touch of Galaxy and Enigma to compliment the already massive hop bill of Columbus, Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic, in addition to a healthy slathering of LA3 to boot, Rosa blooms with a bouquet of everything dank and juicy

Tasting at Salesforce, can, as Polly's Rosa, canned 19.11.19, 2 months old
Cloudy blond colour. Zesty citrus hop character, very good, but the mouthfeel is rather dirty and chalky, and the finish quite harsh.
Good quality hops, but it should be cleaned out.

Hazy gold with a small white head. Sweet and fruity tropical notes. Vegetal and overcarbonated with some bitterness and reminant fruity notes. Weird.

440ml at Sales Force. Appearance: murky blonde with a white head. Aroma: dusty, dry, tropical fruits. Taste: along the same lines, lots of flowery notes, quite bitter. Overall: ok.

440mL can, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright piney hops upfront, with a little citrus, some tang, and biscuity malt. Flavour is quite bitter, with some stone fruit pith, piney hops, some herbal notes, and biscuity malt. It's a bit muffled, vegetal and herbal -- honestly, I don't get the praise for this. It's good overall, but a bit disappointing given the previous ratings.

Cloudy. No head. Has a fairly bright orange/grapefruit aroma with a bit of weed. It's actually a bit thin and dry, with a bitter grapefruit finish. Quite good.
