An interpretation of an IPA West Coast where Vermont yeast was used instead of the classic Californian neutral yeast.
Produced with Pils malt and hops abundantly with Galaxy and Centennial. This hopping gives the beer a slight hint of bergamot and tropical fruit and the malt Pils gives it a golden colour. On the finish, the bitterness is well balanced by the softness of the yeast
