Spring is the season for hoppy beers! That's why we made a big double dry-hopped IPA with 13 g/l of Motueka-hops. These fruity hops from New Zealand give the Cabrón a lime aroma with a tropical flavor and some nice citrussy bitters. The body is hazy, creamy and very big with an alcohol content of 7,5%. As if this isn't enough, we used the spring flower - Hibiscus - to give it some extra funky fresh flavors, expect some sour berries in the mix to give it some refreshment for those sunny spring days.

Kolor jasno żółty, opalizujący. Piana biała, wysoka, zbudowana z drobnych i średniej wielkości pęcherzyków, choć tworzy dość zwartą strukturę topnieje raczej szybko. Nieznacznie oblepia szkło.
Aromat bardzo intensywny, soczysty, świeży, chmielowy, owocowy (cytrusy).
Smak lekko słodki, przełamany nieco intensywniejszą, zestową goryczką.
Wysycenie średnie, choć musujące. Tekstura odrobinę szorstka. Ciało średnie w dół. Posmak długi, wytrawny.

Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of sweet sticky fruit notes. Caramel malts. Nicely dry.
