This beer is all about creating tropical fruit flavours from the fermentation without using actual fruit. By fermenting with only Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus and adding a tea of aged hops to the wort this magic happens. It is a mysterious and enigmatic beer that is easy to love. Aged in oak foeders and drawn off using a one vessel solera style method.

Draught Snowwhite rim over veiled copperish orange beer. Oriental spices, exotic fruit as mango, mangochutney, cumin, faintly other fruits (but which?). Herbs, oregano, hints at vegetable oil. Finish is very dry-sour. Lactic acid, lemon, and a tad soapy. Slick, alcoholburn and -thinning. Light body, dry-out effet. Weird? The term doesn't even come close. But if you're not afraid of unsettling experiences, this one's for you.

Dorée présentant un léger trouble, col blanc épais retombant lentement.
Arôme au nez plaisant rappelant le sous-bois avec une touche de Narke. Retrouve effet fougère, marais, champignons, mousse - levure type kveik avec qcq esters - petite note presque douce en rétro 'honey dew', et léger funk en rétro.
Palais est fin, léger funk, avec une pointe de cobweb, vieille cave, levure rustique - sous-bois, pointe citrique en fin de bouche. Qcq notes un peu céréales ponctuent le tout avec une fin qui revient sur le funk et citrique.

Flaska från SB. Grumlig guldfärgad vätska nästan utan skum. Jästig och fruktig som dåligt utjäst cider, funkig med toner av färskpressad citron, fläder, dill och skal från gröna äpplen. Syran går mot vinäger och pickle-vatten. Blir kanske något väl skarp. Bra fattoner. Gott

Flaska från SB. Smådisig guldfärgad med vit, tät krona. Musky, funkig med toner av färskpressad citron, fläder, dill och skal från gröna äpplen. Syran går mot vinäger och pickle-vatten. Blir kanske något väl skarp. Bra fattoner.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a minimal white head. Tart with citrus, wood, cucumber and something that reminded of dill. Not impressed to be honest.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, minimal head. Citric nose with yoghurt and mirabelles. Tart and acetic. Lemon, prunes and oak. Low bitterness. Intense, puckering.

Bottle shared at Maakun’s. Unclear orangey golden with white ring head. Sour grains, bretty christmastree, lime, grape pits, flower petals, soft herbs, fruity oaky character. Sweet and sour, subdued aggressive sourness. Moderate sweet and bitter, medium sour. Medium body and soft carbonation.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy golden with almost white head. Spruce, sour grains, light flowery, lemon, a bit of sharp lactic sourness, oak, lime, pineapple, soft funk. Solid medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Quite nice, better try than I remember other beers from the brewery to be.
