Een Double India Pale Ale. De hop die in dit bier wordt gebruikt maken het bier zeer fruitig en prettig om te drinken. Met haar 9% is het echter ook wel een heel erg stevig bier om niet zomaar achterover te slaan.

Aroma of light malt, sweet tropical fruits, apricot, floral hops. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a medium bitter finish. Nicely full bodied and flavoured. Really enjoyable DIPA.

Haz, orange to amber colour, one inch of creamy ecru-ish head; aroma of pine resiny, lemony, orange peel, biscuity, caramel and slight anise notes; taste is quite hop-dominant with similar notes to the aroma and some candied orange peel; good one

33cl bottle as “De Prael D.I.P.A.” from Brouwerij de Prael in Amsterdam. F: big, tan, good retention. C: amber, hazy with yeasty debris. A: orange, tangerine, pine, tropical fruits. T: full malty base, orange, grapefruits, bit pine resin, tropical fruits, long lasting bitterness, dry on the palate, good balanced for the style, fully enjoyed.

Tap @ Morshuis. Amber color, very cloudy. Hints of yeast, grapefruit and pineapple in the aroma and flavor. Floral hops. Grassy hopbitter finish. Looks ugly, but especially the flavor is good.
