0,75l bottle at home shared by me with 5 people courtesy of SinH4, big thanks.. Bottled 14.06.2016. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, funky, nice cheese notes, bit grassy, some wood, citric, lightly sour. very nice smell. medium body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of funk, cheese, wood, citric, light green apples, grassy, lightly leathery. finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, citrus and very light elderflowers towards the finish. very nice one, very good balance, very nice and subtle sourness. nice cheese notes. did not get the elder flowers at first but come through on the finish once it warms up a bit.
