Niska, gęsta piana. Przyjemny, całkiem intenywny aromat wiśni, karmelu. Poza tym przyprawy, landrynki, belgijskie fenole, wanilia, czerwone wino. W smaku wiśnie, karmel, przyprawy, czerwone wytrawne wino, lekka wanilia. Piwo kwaskowate, ściągające. Ciało wysokie, wysycenie niskie, goryczka niska do średniej, alkohol jak na 12% całkiem dobrze ukryty. Bardzo smaczne piwo, pite co prawda jeden dzień po terminie. Dziwi tak niska średnia na rb.

Butelka 330ml z datą ważności do 04.04.2020 BARWA: ładny ciemny rubin, klarowne. PIANA: biała, drobno pęcherzykowa, niska, szybko znika do zera. AROMAT: dość ciężki -likierowy, złożona słodka słodowość, ciemne owoce, delikatne nuty wanilii, guma balonowa. SMAK: słodka słodowość z wyraźnie wyczuwalnym posmakiem wiśniowym kontra kwaskowo-pestkowa i rozgrzewający alk. Wysycenie bardzo niskie, średnio pełne. Dobrze zbalansowane, dobre piwo.

330mml. bottle as part of the European Local Swap 2/2018, many thanks to vami for this bottle. Tasted on the 25/05/2018 at home. Dark reddish colour with a medium tan creamy head. Aroma is cherries, cherry wine, plum, liquorice and red berries. Taste is intense sweet, liquorice and cherry leading to a slighlty plum and sugar finish. Long sweet aftertaste. Next one please!

Bottle from the Browarium Web Shop, Reddish-brown pour with a reddish-beige head. Heavy nose of black cherries, plum jam, liquorice, marzipan, blackcurrant. Vinous flavours of black cherries, blackcurrant jam, lots of liquorice, quite medicinal. Lots of warm booze down the gullet. A slow, contemplative sipper.
