In the dark days of early January we welcomed Yann from Outland, one of Paris's best breweries, to brew with us. He brought over some wonderful fresh yeast, and the result is a big saison, highly hopped with Eukanot & Citra & with lovely fruity esters. Available in keg & bottle, it's a little ray of spring sunshine in the depths of February!

Bottle at home picked up from Bottle shop Druid street. A hazy golden orange coloured pour with lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is bubble gum, hairspray, doughy wheat, mellow banana. Flavour is composed of rounded wheaty grains, semi sweet, spicy citrus, gooey banana, Palate is semi sweet, chewy, moderate carbonation, grainy finish. Little hint of oxidised in the finish. Lingering bubble gum.
