Draught, taster. @«Big Grill Festival 2019», Dublin (Ireland). 17/08/2019. Bright yellow colour with a medium white head. Bubbles. Aroma is wild yeast, grapes and soft wood. Taste is wild yeast and white grapes leading to an intense dry finish. Good brut profile. Next one please!

can bbe 2./20 chiara oro velata buona schiuma abbastanza persistente piacevole agrumato erbaceo legggero citrico lieve nota terrosa secca discreto amaro leggere note vegetali
