Cochonnette. Beautiful red-amber color. Aroma of malt; warm alcohol. Good body strength, but average malt presence and a touch of alcohol; warming. Strong ale, lacking of character.

Amber-red colour; winey, sourish, pruney aroma; brandyish taste; the sweetness offsets the Vapeur house character. But, since the house character is why I love their other beers so much, that sweetness is why I find this to be my least favourite from this fine brewery.
