On tap @Brasserie 4:20 (Rome). Ramata, abbastanza torbida, schiuma bianco-sporco leggera. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Molto grezza e senza troppa profondità.

75cl bottle @ the beer tasting at the end of the world, Chez Sophie, March '20. Thanks Jeremy. Itching to get out the bottle this. Hazed amber appearance with large foamy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, almost Flanders-like, good carbonation. Taste is interesting, lightly fruity, malty, good life to it, coriander. A touch muddled, but not unpleasant.

16th March 2020; Monthly Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Gathering at Chez Sophie. 750ml bottle; BB Jun 2020, brought by me. As Mat said anything with a pink label and a pig on it is usually dodgy. And he was right! Very lively on opening, misty reddy/brown, off-white head. Tasted and had the aroma of poor imitation of a Flemish Red with Coriander added. Not the most popular beer of the evening, although some really enjoyed it (not me).

Orange brown color, small head. Malty aroma with apple, caramel and butter. Sweetish with just a bit of roasted malt, toffee, caramel, butter and mustard. Bitter coffee and toffee finish. It takes a few sips, but then it's a nice and smooth beer.

Hazy chestnut brown. Moderate head. Aroma: specific yeast, dried fruit, caramel, toffee. Medium body. Taste: light sweet with an additional sourish touch. Somewhat wild. Similar taste. Low carbonation. Low bitterness. Quite different

From old rating. Hazy amber/brown colour, beige foam. Very spicy, lots of cardamom, orange peel, other spices. Taste is rather sweet, bit messy.
