Treat yourself to a rare delight. The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale.
Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Poured from 22 oz bottle, purchased at the New Glarus Brewery, enjoyed while watching a football game with friends. Aroma dominated by raspberries, oddly some cherries as well, very sweet. Appearance ruby red, clear, thin head. Taste very tart at first, then subsides the more you drink. Very sweet, great raspberry taste and mouthfeel. Would definitely have this again.

Bottle. Pours a mostly clear, deep red with a fine, fizzy, red-white head. Huge aroma of fresh raspberry and some tartness. Very sweet flavor with lots of berries, sour notes and some wood. Light to medium in body with fine, tingly carbonation. Reminiscent, in flavor and partly in mouthfeel, of a nice raspberry ginger ale. Finishes semi-dry with lingering sweetness and some lip-puckering tartness. This is, I believe, the best Fruit Beer I have ever had. (August 2010, score: 4.5)

Bottle at RBESG Rome Grand Tasting. Clear red colour, pink head. Aroma of sweet raspberries. Flavour is sweet, sugary, raspberries, light tart finish. Light bodied. Highly overrated imo, this is just a (nice) raspberry sodapop.

9th September 2008. Dark pink beer with a pink head. Strong raspberry nose. Raspberry dominates throughout and treads a fine line between sweet and sour with sour just winning towards the finish. Refreshing and very very tasty.

bottle shared with my wife, pours deep ruby with a tall frothy light tan head. Aroma is tart raspberry with some cherry and sugar. Flavor is nice and sweet raspberry jam with just a hint of tart cherry in the finish. Very nice for a fruit beer, I think the sweetness is balanced with a mellow tart dryness.
