Treat yourself to a rare delight. The voluminous raspberry bouquet will greet you long before your lips touch your glass. Serve this Wisconsin framboise very cold in a champagne flute. Then hold your glass to a light and enjoy the jewel-like sparkle of a very special ale.
Oregon proudly shares their harvest of mouth watering berries, which we ferment spontaneously in large oak vats. Then we employ Wisconsin farmed wheat and year old Hallertau hops to round out this extravaganza of flavor.

Bottle. Yes darling but is it beer? INTENSE rasberry. Reminds me of BrΓ€mhults hallonjuice.

Bottle from Cracked Kettle. Pours dark blood red Heavy aroma of raspberries and chewing gum. Slightly sour but mainly sweet, I found it better when it got warmer even though it was supposed to be served cold.

A great beer from ericandersnavy. Thanks a lot man. Pours a very dark, deep red, with a lightly pink tinged tan head. The aroma is freshest of fresh raspberry. Medium body with mild carbonation. Flavor is quite mellow but intensely raspberry. A strong astringent tartness - but not sour. Maybe astringency is from the oak vats. It is quit tastey. Could go through a bottle or 3 any time.

Bottle. Poured a dark red with a small reddish head. Aroma was full of raspberries and had a nice tart bite to it. Flavor began a bit sweet raspberries but lead to a more tart finish. An amazing fruit beer.

Reddish-caramel color with a nice, medium-sized head. Strong aroma of raspberries. Flavor is a nice mix of sweet and sour and very strong raspberry. Still prefer the Belgian Red ale with cherries, but this is a strong second.

750ml bottle bought in Wisconsin. Wine red color, Fizzy but quickly fading head. Raspberry jam aroma. This is the most flavorful raspberry beer Ive ever had. Thick and sweet, not unlike a Lindemans, but somehow even better. Sticky and luscious. This is really an excellent, world class Raspberry Ale.

Bottle thanks to JB175...shared with Swalden_28, and ericsandersnavy. Pours a dark brown with some reddish highlights and a foamy light brown-to slightly pinkish head with some good lacing. Aroma of veery fresh raspberries, some berry brandy, a tart element, some farm, and a bit of smoke towards the very end. Taste is raspberry syrup with some light tartness and a touch of brett. Light mouthfeel, slightly creamy with lively bubbles.
