Hora del Vermut is a Spanish set expression for «time to drink». And not wine or coffee, but a traditional red vermouth with a slice of orange. In our version, Hora del Vermut is lactose-softened, unsalted, delicate, aromatic and moderately acidic wine-colored Gose with red orange, wormwood and more than two dozen of other herbs.

Draught. Red colour with a small pinkish head. Aroma is sourish with some spices, alcohol and mild salty notes. Flavour is spicy, some sourish notes, a bit tart as well as some sweetness and wood. A bit messy.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 16/03/2019 at Barcelona Beer Festival 2019, (L´Hospitalet, Spain). Cherry colour with a thin pinkish head. Aroma is spices, tangerine, berries and vermouth. Taste is spices, ginger, herbal and berries. Finish is dry and herbal. Next one please!
