Zoere Stoever is een klassieke Gose, friszuur met een ziltige touch. In tijden van extreme droogtes en overtollige hoosbuien brengt rainbeer bieren om de regen te vieren. Samen met Bax Bier brouwden ze deze Zoere Stoever, ‘zure regen’ in het Gronings van 100% regenwater.

Bottle. Golden color, yeasty vegetable aroma and flavor with soft floral notes. Sulphur. Thin, green apples. Terrible!

Bottle. Golden pour. Aroma of mild salt, tart, malt and yeast ester. Taste has coriander, some salty tart, malt, yeast and some orange. Allright.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 22/11/2018 at BaxBier, Gronigen (The Netherlands). Light orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma is se salt, yeast and some malts. Taste is light malts, some sea salt and slightly coriander leading to a slightly watery finish. Low body and carbonation. Next one please!
