A Fruity Sour with cherries brewed in collaboration with the Russian brewery On The Bones, with whom we collaborated a while ago in Sant Petersburg. Is a fresh and light craft beer, splendid for the summertime and toasted and reddish in colour. In aroma and flavour has a light acidity and the cherry touches from the dry fruiting.

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with teddybeer. Muchas gracias José. Tasted on the 26/10/2018 at home. Purple colour with a dissapearing white head. Aroma is cherry, red fruits, chemichals and some yeast. Taste is berries, cherries, DMS and acid fruits. Finish is yeasty and acidic. Light sour finish. Next one please!

Dark pinky color, very high carbonation, white head with very short retention. Aroma with acidic notes, some red fruits. Flavor is slightly acidic, some berries and cherries. Light sourness in the final.

On tap at Biercab. Pours orange brown. Cherry, biscuit, bit earthy, sour cherry, lemon juice. Medium body. Tasty.
