Das Heinenhofer ist ein Wieß, ein Vorläufer des Kölsch. Es ist unfiltriert und nicht pasteurisiert. Es schmeckt frisch, würzig, hat eine leichte Malzigkeit und eine ausgewogene Bittere mit einem Hauch Fruchtigkeit. Das Bier für alle Gelegenheiten und passend zu vielen kölschen Gerichten.

330mml. Bottle. Tasted on the 21/10/2018 at home. Many thanks koelschtrinker for this one. Color dorado oscuro con una buena capa de espuma blanca. Aroma de grano, maltas tostadas, levadura y un toque muy sutil de miel. El sabor es un reflejo del aroma con una presencia interesante de las maltas y el maíz. Bien compensada, con un retrocusto maltoso agradable. Next one please!!!

Milder dunkler Hefegeruch. Würzig-herb bei milder Hopfigkeit, zunehmend bitter im Hintergrund, dennoch weich. Trocken hefig, leicht nach vergorenen Früchten, getreidig, harmonisch. Langer herb-getreidiger, in abgeschwächter Form auch hopfiger Nachhall. Ziemlich gut! 7/11/11/12/10/12
