Das brau.nett ist eine Fusion aus einer Weiswein- und einer Biermaische. Zusammen vergoren entsteht ein ganz neues Getränk. Hellgolden, mit dezenter Trübung steht es im Glas. Zarte Noten von grünem Apfel, begleitet von Zitrus und einem Hauch von Orangenschale machen es zu einem taktvollen Durstlöscher. Die feine Perlage macht es zu einem prickelnden Erlebnis.
Das Brau.nett ist handwerklich hergestellt. Es ist unfiltriert und nicht pasteurisiert. Ein leichter Bodensatz in der Flasche ist normal.

Bottle, 4.5%. Clear pale yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, lemon, fruit and grapes. Flavour is malt, lemon, thin, grapes, little sweet and a little dry.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, white grapes and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish with some salt. 110120

Sampled @ Craft Bier Messe Mainz 2019. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grapes, moderate sweet and mild sourish white wine. Taste of white wine, moderate sweet grapes, sulfur.

Ostehuset ( The Vault ) 041019. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, hay, gras. Flavor is funk, apple, hay, spices, grass, grapes, sourness. Nice beer.

Oh this aged fantastic. Now after to years very dry amd wineous. Riesling dominant nose.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Max. 4.5%. Hazy yellow. Some funk, grapes, woody, sourish, lactic, some salt. Nice.

Hazy yellow. Aroma is grassy hops green onion some yeast. Like a green weizen with a little grape. Taste is quite sour and sweet. Really a bit like white wine. Some wine stuff. Medium drinkable. Ok.

Tap at BKL2019. Hazy paly neon yellow,white foam. Dry sparkly dusty grape nose, light citrus, medium light sparkly dry body. Minerals, leafy notes, wine gummies, light sour secco, quick finish.
