330mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold. Many thanks for this gem!! Tasted on the 06/09/2018 at «Mimosas». Clear yellow color with pearly bubbles and a small head that dissapears quickly. Aroma is white wine, intense and fruity. Taste is sooo intense vineous and fruity with a sour finish and a medium carbonation. Fruity white wine mouthfeel. Incredible well balanced. Amazing stuff. Next one please!

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really interesting. Beer in the glass zippy, light golden, nice head. Aroma of a good white wine. Starts really interesting with grape notes, much like a white wine, light sourish hints. Finish well balanced, soft-fruity, light salty hints. I really liked it!

Many thanks to rhoihessegold for this bottle! Intense white-wine in the nose. The brew starts very winey, fresh dry white wine. The beer is in the back, the carbonation intense with lactic acid in the back. Very smooth with a nice winey grainy mix. The fruity white wine, the grain and the lactic acid create a great aroma profile. Fresh sour refreshing in the end, very interesting combination with hints of salt in the aftertaste.

Starke Karbonisierung. Interessant! 12/9/9/9/12/9

25-12-17 // draft at the brewery day. Presentation day, blend of 60% beer mash and 40% wine mash. In collaboration with a winery from Nierstein Close to Mainz. Coloured is hazy yellow golden, like a federweisse. Taste is very unique. First some vineous, Grape Juice, federweisse alocholic notes. In the Background is a grainy maltyness tasteable. I like the balance which is a bit wine-forward which directs the beer a Little in to the world of lambics. Bottle Rating is following. Hopefully one of more to come beer and wine hybrids from the Great Wine Capital Mainz.
