Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal frumento e dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma della frizzantezza, con carbonazione vivace e persistente. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e arancia amara.

On tap at BNO in Sassari-Italy. Semi clear pale yellow pour, white head with drafts. Nose: peach and tropical, hint of crumb. Nice. Mouth: medium carbo, but chicory, session soul and watery in a great way. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 mml bottle tasted on the 25/06/2015. Nice presence with light yellow colour and medium white head. Aroma of fruits and malts. Taste is fruity and light but well balanced. No aftertaste and dry. Next one please!
