Sour IPA with passionfruit and pineapple.Brewed with Golden Promise, Vienna, Spelt, Oats, and Winter Wheat, the IPA portion of the beer was fermented with a Juicy English yeast strain and copiously hopped with Citra and Cashmere. We blended barrel aged sour beer conditioned on Passion fruit and Pineapple into the base IPA to meld with the tropical aromas exuded by the hops.
