We brewed this beer a a few times in our Tunbridge brewery before starting to do bigger batches. Now this beer is made in Stowe VT at Von Trapp Brewery. It's aggressively hopped in the whirlpool and post fermentation with six hop varieties, making it juicy and flavorful, but not too bitter. The malt bill contains a blend of German and English base malts, Munich, oats, and wheat, contributing to a smooth mouthfeel and nice flavor. Drink Responsibly!

Golden yellow. Aroma of juicy hops, grapefruit, pineapple. Taste has citrus fruits, some mild resinous bite, bold pine finish. Palate has a continuation of the pine, interesting layering on top of a fairly bready palate. Good.

Tap. Zen Barn, Waterbury, VT. Fully hazy, orange gold. Super sticky, leggy, lasting, lacing, white head. Nose has sweet and sweaty grain. Hops come across punchy citrus and white grape. Touch of spice. Taste is sweet and fruity. Light peppery bitterness. Decent juice on the palate. Soft carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Easy drinking DIPA.
