Our very first IPA brewed back in 2013 was eponymously named after the street we called home: Congress Street. Its success inspired an entire series of beers, each of which used the same base recipe featuring a different dry hop presenting a unique flavor with common ties. Naming each one of these beers after separate streets in the Fort Point neighborhood created a unique bond to the neighborhood we are proud to call home. Even as we grow and explore, the Street Series will always have a special connection to our roots. The culmination of all our Street beers over the past seven years, The Streets is a Triple IPA brewed to celebrate our anniversary.
Using the same base recipe and bumping the ABV up to 10%, we dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Simcoe & Nelson. Heavily hazy and orange in appearance, The Street offers a nose rich with aromas of candied peach, tropical fruit, lime zest, pineapple and melon rind. These notes extend right through to the palate with complimentary flavors ripe apricot, orange peel, and white wine. Subtly sweet with a balancing floral bitterness, The Street has a creamy and smooth mouthfeel that rounds out this drinkable Triple IPA.

Canned 03/18/2019. yellow murky color, small white head. smells of lychee, earthy, mango, melon, bit peppery. nice smell. full body, soft carboantion, slick mouthfeel. tastes of mango, earthy, lychee, pines, light melon. finishes lightly bitter with notes of mango, pines and melon notes. very nice one, smell is not super exciting but taste is quite smooth (for the abv).

Can at home in Hackney - big thanks to Anja! Pours super dirty orange with a creamy, off-white head. Real soupy, lots of pureed tropical fruits, alcohol, rich bread malts, some oily pine, rindy bitterness, mango, ripening oranges. Did I mention alcohol? Full bodied with fine carbonation, and a bit chewy. Warming finish, resinous and a bit sticky, with more dense tropical fruits, hot alcohol, more bitter pine, nips of grass, some chalky raw hops. Pretty intense stuff. It's rich and kind of fun, but really can't imagine drinking more than a can of this.

Pours a very hazy, golden-banana-yellow, with smallish, but lasting cap of foamy head. Aroma is full of a variety of citrus fruits, along with some peach, and white wine. Flavor is pretty dank, with tropical fruit, peach, some sour washcloth, and pretty noticeable sweetness. The high alcohol content is fairly well-hidden, though there is just a touch of alcohol- or hop-burn in the flavor. Bitterness is at a minimum. Really well-made and one Trillium's best offerings.

Can at home. Tasted fresh. It pours an orange color with an off white head. The aroma has heavy graham cracker with a little peach and stone fruit. The flavor is the same with peach, stone fruit and noticeable bready, almost cookie-like British base malts. Smooth on the palate. The alcohol is really well hidden. Not really the hop bomb I was expecting, but this was still smooth and tasty.

Draught and cans at 4th Anniversary party, 3/19/17 and staggered over the next few weeks.
Moderately-to-fully hazy yet not soupy, with a firm, off-white head atop.
Lime zest, tangerine, mango and pineapple give off classic tropical fruit juice notes with light wheat and some ester and alcohol, inevitably, behind it as well. It’s not quite as much of a juice bomb as I had expected, with more leafy, spicy, dank notes and a good helping of light pine and grapefruit, but it’s put-together well and seemingly well-attenuated from the nose.
In the mouth it’s soft, well-carbonated, engagingly so, with wheat and malt creating a comforting texture to balance the plethora of hop attributes. Lots of melon, pineapple, lime, lemon and grapefruit with lots of spiciness on the finish that also reveals light alcohol. It’s pretty well-concealed and there isn’t much resin either here. As far as attenuation, it’s very dry and comes across almost more so than many of their regular IPAs, let alone DIPAs. Perhaps a little more malt would have helped here? Whatever the case, the beer got softer and juicier over the course of three weeks and I greatly preferred it with a little age on it. I’m sure it’s still drinking wonderfully now and I’m excited to see what they do with subsequent batches.

Can. Pours cloudy golden orange, very large off-white fluffy head, dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is stonefruit and citrus, lemon zest, melons, guava, a bit grassy, notes of pot. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter, juicy. Medium body, soft mouthfeel.

Clear orange beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, pineapple juice, dank, sweet mango, lovely smell! MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: wow, lovely, very fruity, juicy, pineapple, mango, some grapefruit, little sweet, malty. Aftertaste: alcohol, sweet, mango, nice stuff, lots of tropical fruits.
