Our very first IPA brewed back in 2013 was eponymously named after the street we called home: Congress Street. Its success inspired an entire series of beers, each of which used the same base recipe featuring a different dry hop presenting a unique flavor with common ties. Naming each one of these beers after separate streets in the Fort Point neighborhood created a unique bond to the neighborhood we are proud to call home. Even as we grow and explore, the Street Series will always have a special connection to our roots. The culmination of all our Street beers over the past seven years, The Streets is a Triple IPA brewed to celebrate our anniversary.
Using the same base recipe and bumping the ABV up to 10%, we dry-hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra, Galaxy, El Dorado, Simcoe & Nelson. Heavily hazy and orange in appearance, The Street offers a nose rich with aromas of candied peach, tropical fruit, lime zest, pineapple and melon rind. These notes extend right through to the palate with complimentary flavors ripe apricot, orange peel, and white wine. Subtly sweet with a balancing floral bitterness, The Street has a creamy and smooth mouthfeel that rounds out this drinkable Triple IPA.

Thanks Zack for the can! Poured into a winegllass showing hazy dark orange with barely half a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows notes of mango, pineapple, and hints of kiwi with a nicely sweet NE style maltiness. The palate is full bodied and lightly carbonated. Flavors of light mango and pine resin. A lot more pine on the mid-palate with a strong but restrained bitterness. Mild alcohol appears on the finish and resurgence. Wow, really hot on the back end.

Can, by way of a trade. Hazy, orange gold. Film of sticky, white head. A bit slow moving and leggy. Nose has rich, candied citrus peel. Minty toffee. Some stone fruit. Some resinous notes. Noteworthy boozy esters. Taste is sugary, sticky sweet, turning boozy, fruity, slightly resinous bitter. Big mouthfeel. Chewy and slick. Stays silly easy drinking throughout, though. This is a big hitter, that could easily get chugged. Juicy and chewy, resinous bitter finish.

16oz can pours out a hazy cloudy gold topped with a white head. Nose is chalky citrus orange and some dank hops. Taste is over ripe orange juice rich hops and a light sweetness. 10% wow hides it very well.

Can thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit and dank. Medium body, juicy hop, dank, grapefruit, lingering resin finish, boozy, very nice.

Poured from can muddy orange with a thin white head. Aromas of mango pineapple orange floral notes and sweet malt. Taste is amazing for a 10% triple balanced fruit and hops mingle well nice mouthfeel. You could easily drink a 4 pack.

Tallboy from AFH, Very hazy a burnt golden orange. Smells really nice. Like a juicy fruit, OJ and tangerine. solid beer. very thin carb, orange peel, oranges, lemon, leather, spices. nice solid sweet finish. Decent.

16 oz. can from a trade with Chalumeaux. Hazy golden color. Aroma is peach, pears, pale grain, Trillium house yeast.
Flavor is similar to the base Fort Point base but increased. Shows notes of pineapple, peach, various tropical fruits. Mild white grape. The alcohol level is hidden well, covered really well. Medium in body with a juicy texture over the palate. Very easy to drink. However, there is a soild amount of bitterness that is lightly abrasive.

Pours a mango pear into a tulip. White head quickly recedes to nothing. Hot caramel, pit fruit, mango, passionfruit and guava aromas. Hot with caramel and sourdough upfront turning to thick mango, pineapple and passionfruit before the lasting resin and pith finish. Packs a wallop.
