From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Citrussy aroma with ginger (but not overpowering), tart and light salty, light bready grain. Hint of paprika, lemon, dough. Medium body. Refreshing and sourish, very nice.

Spritziger, leicht säuerlicher Beginn. Metallern, salzig, moderat Grapefruit. Hohe Süffigkeit, minimal bitter, leicht ansteigende Säure. Mittellanger Abgang. Gut. 6/12/12/12//12

At brettfest. Aroma of tart, funk, mild smoke, veggies and horseblanket. Taste has paprika, mild smoke, horseblanket, citrus, oak and herbs. Weird, but interesting.

Bottle - pours gold white head - nose and taste of ginger, grapefruit, paprika, smoke and spelty saison yeast - medium bodied
