Our traditional Pilsner is the result of a continued, iterative focus on lager brewing. This fine-tuned, German-influenced recipe features classic lager yeast, a grain bill of primarily Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, plus Hallertau Magnum and Saaz hops and extended lagering in our horizontal tanks.
Pilsner pours a glimmering straw color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of whole grain bread crust and a touch of satisfying malt character hit the nose. These flavors follow on the palate, with a balanced sweetness and subtle, noble hop bite. A crisp finish keeps this medium bodied beer refreshing and easy to drink.

(Thanks, Roman! mansquito) Can. A- Bready, malty, mild hops. A- Gold orange color, clear liquid, white head. T- Malty, caramel, bread dough, honey, straw. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Perhaps a bit more aggressive albeit lightly so than most pils I've had. Not sure I would say it fits the traditional mold and takes on some brewery specific characteristics. Alright.

Can at Brian's
Hazy golden colour. Very nice aroma of crackery malts, straws, grass (7.5). Crisp mouthfeel, some straws, moderate bitterness, but also a vegetable bitterness note in the end.
Quite good.

16 oz. can, pours a pale clear yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out grassy hops, cereal, and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp and grassy, with cereal malt, straw, and grassy notes. Fresh and vegetal. It's alright.

Light hazy amber. Thin head. This has a light biscuit nose, Vaguely herbal hop note, also a bit cheesy. Grassy hops, soft body, light biscuit notes. A bit sweet, not enough hop, really, and not the sort of bright hops I'd like. It's ok.

16 oz. can. Aroma has subtle honey, lager yeast, maybe dried flowers. Flavor is mild and clean. Moderate carbonation that dances over the palate. Hay, flowers, yeast. Pretty refreshing for the style.
