The Aromas are tart, yeast and a bit of fruit. Flavors are like nose, fairly dry plus a bit of spice not too tart but nothing special either. Body is okay no off flavors in the Finish. Glad I tried it but wouldn't have a another unless there were no better choices. Also, it was a gusher and I lost about 4 oz.

Bottle - pours gold white head - nose and taste of buckwheat, oak, light funk - medium bodied.
