Bottle thanks to John. Pours a pale yellow gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is floral, citrus, yeast. Slick body, citrus, yeast, light tartness, enjoyed this.

Sergey's hunt, tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Hazy pale blond colour. Strong aroma, it's fruity and oaky/buttery, stone fruit, nectarines, golden plums. Afggressively sour, there may be some acetic acid too; strong yeast character, mineral; but the more it goes, can't really talk of complexity. And it's unbalanced.

Poured from 375mL bottle. Slightly hazy blonde with small white head. Saison yeast, oak, mild tartness, and a bit of butter.

375ml (thx, Brent for proxying and Matt for helping with the border crossing) shared @ Ryan's. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: amazing smell of American oak with creamy notes. Taste: oaky, fruity, crispy, low to moderately acidic, some minerally notes in the aftertaste like could be found in some Gueuze-s. Overall: nice one.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is oaky, semi-tart, gentle saison yeast, and some oxidation. Flavour is oxidized, with gentle oaky, buttery notes (non-diacetyl), and some saison yeast. That's a bit too much oxidation character, though there's also some slightly acidic and tart stone fruit in there. Overall, good, but not exactly to my taste.

Bottle - pours gold white head - nose and taste of funk, oak, vinous notes and lemon - medium bodied.
