Mixed fermentation golden ale. The third beer we ever brewed. This was fermented/ aged in freshly dumped Chardonnay barrels from our friends Alba Vineyard for a year with one of our favorite strains of Brettanomyces before conditioning in the bottle for an additional year. Bottling date 12/5/2017.

Bottle - nose and taste of white wine, booze, lemon caked bread - medium bodied.
