Foeder-aged American wild ale with guava
Slightly sweet, very tart, and deliciously bright— Frucht: Guava is a wild ale made with bountiful amounts of fresh guava. Gaining complexity and funk from time spent in our 250 bbl oak foeders, this tropical ale is the perfect sipper in any season. We proudly never kettle sour so you can better enjoy all the funky, wild character native to the style.

Keg at the Bottle Shop - Bermondsey. Pours murky peach gold with a small, frothy white head. Nice aroma, all guava, lemon, tangerine and peach. Light sweet flavour with assertive acidity, more tangy peach, lemon juice. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Fairly clean on the finish, tart and quenching, with more lemony acidity, fleshy citrus, guava, faint wheat. Really refreshing.
