Gaining complexity and funk from time spent in our 250 bbl oak foeders, this tropical ale is the perfect sipper in any season. Draft - Bright Sour guava. Murky yellow with a small white head. Soured Acidic guava. A little thin and none of the richness.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart guava aroma. Fruity sour tart guava flavor. Has a fruity sour tart guava finish.

Mission Dolores, Brooklyn tap: pours light and cloudy with a white head. Aroma is guava and lactic acid. Taste is fruity and wuite sour. Not heartburn inducing. Quite good.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is intense guava, wheat, lemon zest. Slick body, juicy, guava, lemon, passionfruit, wheat, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

4 oz pour on draft at High Side. Poured a cloudy yellow color, light yellow, with a medium sized white head. Aroma was guava, salt, some light tropical fruit notes. Tart fruit, tropical citrus. Pretty juicy, easy to drink. Decent tartness.
